velo.API is completely free of Charge for Dealers
The velo.API-functions are already integrated in Velo.API and HIW merchandise management systems and can be used free of charge. As a dealer, you can therefore digitally exchange data with all your suppliers who use a Veloconnect-Server. The velo.API interface allows your ERP to communicate with the system of your supplier.
Dealers with other ERP systems can also access the velo.API-functions via their ERP provider as soon as the provider has integrated the client. This is also completely free of charge for the provider.

Less personnel expenses
The entire ordering process between you and your suppliers runs automatically via a single interface. This noticeably reduces the internal, manual effort for these activities.
Product data
You receive product data so to say “shop ready” from your supplier directly into your system. Detailed product descriptions and article attributes are included, which you can use for your online shop. The manual creation of article data is completely eliminated.
Digital Receipts
Send orders to your suppliers directly from your ERP/POS system to the suppliers’ system. The detour via e-mail or B2B portals is no longer necessary. You will also receive the order confirmation, the delivery note and the invoice digitally directly in your ERP system.
stock levels
You have insight into up to two different warehouses (pre-order and standard warehouse) and thus know the availability at your suppliers at all times.
availability
You can check the availability of items from your suppliers directly with your ERP/POS system. In the event of non-availability, optionally with a new delivery date.
